Gulf today. As such, breezy conditions will persist this morning
before slackening into the afternoon. Relatively drier air will
work in from the east keeping rain chances slight at best.
Daytime minimum relative humidity values will fall into the upper
60s to near 70 percent and recover to near 90 percent overnight.
