decline through the afternoon and into the evening. Relatively
drier air will return tomorrow, limiting rain chances through
Thursday. Despite the lower rain chances and relatively drier air,
min RH values will hold near 70% and recover to near 90%
overnight. Outside of any convection, winds will be slackening
through the next few days, leading to poor dispersion indices.
