Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Wave Detail will include details about the period and direction of origin for the highest energy waves. Long-period swells coming from a different direction than the wind would be included in the Wave Detail. Breezes will gradually veer to the northeast to east through midweek as a broad high pressure system becomes established over the southeastern United States. Dry weather will persist across the Florida Keys waters through Monday with a possibility of isolated showers, mainly over the Florida Straits, on Tuesday.
