* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations around 1 inch with
  up to two inches in more persistent bands. Accumulations will
  mainly occur on grassy and elevated surfaces.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
  southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact travel overnight and the Friday morning
  commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected to fall between
  9 PM EST this evening and 3 AM EST on Friday.
