* At 1158 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cubage, or
  12 miles east of Middlesboro, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Harlan and east central Bell Counties.
