...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN HARLAN AND SOUTH
CENTRAL LETCHER COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM EDT...

At 801 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Dizney, or 11 miles north of Jonesville, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cumberland, Lynch, Benham, Black Bottom, Dizney, Louellen, Clover
Fork, Lewis Creek, Kingdom Come S.P., Short Town, Highsplint, Clutts,
Big Black Mountain, Shields, Black Mountain, Rock House, Holmes Mill,
Clover, Linefork, and Clover-Darby.
