...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN BELL...SOUTH CENTRAL
KNOX AND SOUTHEASTERN WHITLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM EDT...

At 909 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Frakes, or 11 miles west of Middlesboro, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Meldrum, Hutch, Siler, Frakes, Noetown, Davisburg, Fonde, Birdseye,
Wilkerson, Pearl, Pruden, Goins, Ferndale, Wheeler, Binghamtown,
Chenoa, Carpenter, Middlesboro, and Cumberland Gap.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
