...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Knott,
central Floyd and southeastern Magoffin Counties through 415 AM EDT
...

At 349 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Handshoe, or 10 miles north of Hindman, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Estill, Pippa Passes, Wayland, East McDowell, Drew, Raven, Bosco,
Mousie, May, Hippo, Handshoe, Gunlock, Glo, Kite, McDowell,
Larkslane, Garner, Garret, Orkney, and Soft Shell.
