...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN LAUREL...
NORTHEASTERN PULASKI AND SOUTHERN ROCKCASTLE COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM
EDT...

At 1050 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pongo, or 10 miles south of Mount Vernon, moving northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
London, Mount Vernon, Sand Springs, Donaro, Robinet, Wood Creek Lake,
Pittsburg, Pongo, Horse Lick, Spiro, Lamero, Wabp, Hansford,
Willailla, Mershons, Hazel Patch, Pine Hill, Jep Hill, Camp Wildcat,
and Flat Rock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
