            Resends previous tstm wnd dmg report from
            Miracle after an IRIS error message
            appeared. Bell County Dispatch received
            multiple reports of downed trees along
            KY-987/Brownies Creek after a severe
            thunderstorm moved through the Miracle
            community this evening. Exact LSR time
            estimated via radar and MRMS data. MRMS VII
            and MESH data depicts the collapse of an
            elevated thunderstorm core over the Miracle
            community between the 6:48 and 6:52 PM time
            frames. An SPS for 50 mph wind gusts was
            previously issued for this area at 6:38 PM.
