.DISCUSSION...Southwesterly winds should ease somewhat on Wednesday
compared to Tuesday, but some gusts near 20 mph may still occur for
a time. Moisture will still be slow to increase, and another day of
very low relative humidity is forecast on Wednesday. Relative humidity
is forecast to be slightly higher on Thursday. There is also a small
chance of some light rain, but if it occurs, amounts would be
negligible.
