.DISCUSSION...Cooler and much drier air arrives behind a cold
front into Monday, with minimum relative humidity dropping to
around 30 percent or less that afternoon. Wind speeds drop off
considerably for Monday as high pressure builds in from the
northwest. Moisture from the next system arrives Tuesday morning
with wetting rains and higher humidities expected.
