.DISCUSSION...Dry air in the lower levels will persist tonight,
especially on ridges and thermal belt areas, resulting in only
moderate recoveries there. Given the spot is near the Laurel
River, RH`s may be higher then what`s being reported at the Big
Swag RAWS site. However, a series of weather systems will create
unsettled weather at times from Tuesday into the weekend.
