Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
615 AM EST Tue Feb 4 2025

.DISCUSSION...Another frontal boundary is sinking to the south early
this morning. Cloudy skies and isolated sprinkles or a patch of light
rain will accompany this boundary as it moves through the region.
After record high temperatures yesterday we will see cooler
conditions today in the wake of that front. Better chances of rain
then arrives for the area later Wednesday as the front starts to lift
back north. Wetting rains do follow for Wednesday night through
Thursday night with even a chance for a rumble of thunder.
