.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure will continue to build into
the region today bringing dry weather from today through the
weekend and into early next week. Temperatures will start out
below average but with a shift to more southerly flow,
temperatures will begin to increase through the weekend. A clipper
system is forecast to bring increasing chances for light rain
showers beginning on Tuesday.
