Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
403 AM EDT Sun Apr 20 2025

.DISCUSSION....Moderate to excellent humidity recovery is
expected through this morning as a cold front settles to near the
I-64 corridor with a marked increase in moisture. The front
retreats back to the north today, letting humidity levels fall
back off into the 30 to 40 percent range for many locations by the
afternoon hours. Our next potential of a wetting rain (40 to 70
percent chance of at least 0.25 inch) is Monday afternoon and
night with a cold frontal passage.
