Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
653 AM EDT Sat Apr 26 2025

.DISCUSSION...Showers will come to an end this morning as a cold
front moves through eastern Kentucky. Behind the front, northwest
to northerly winds will usher in a cooler and drier air mass for
this weekend. Temperatures then rise back above average levels
heading into the new work week. A frontal boundary will also
approach from the northwest by Tuesday and stall nearby, leading
to multiple rounds of rainfall for the remainder of the week.
