* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 17.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 19.4 feet Thursday evening.
It will then fall through Friday, before renewed rises occur
this weekend.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
