...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR A DAM FLOODGATE RELEASE NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL
LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by upstream dam release
  continue.

* WHERE...Levisa Fork at Prestonsburg.

* WHEN...Until late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Archer Park is inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 AM EST Sunday the stage was 22.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is gradually receding, but will continue
    to run high through this afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
