The Flood Warning will expire at 8 PM EDT this evening for portions
of east central and southeast Kentucky, including the following
areas, in east central Kentucky, Bath, Elliott, Menifee, Montgomery,
Powell and Rowan. In southeast Kentucky, Morgan.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
