The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of east central and
southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east central
Kentucky, Bath, Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery,
Powell and Rowan. In southeast Kentucky, Lee, Morgan and Wolfe.
Flood waters have receded or have begun to recede. The heavy rain
threat has ended and urban and small stream flooding is no longer
expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining
road closures.
