In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today. While most areas should receive one half to one inch of rainfall, locations affected by the most persistent showers and thunderstorms could receive upwards of 3 inches of rainfall.
