...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of south central and
southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in south central
Kentucky, McCreary and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Clay,
Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and Pike.

Significant flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, though
some local high water incidents remain possible through the rest of
the evening.  Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
