...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 10 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central,
south central, and southeast Kentucky, including the following
areas, in east central Kentucky, Estill. In south central Kentucky,
Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle and Whitley. In southeast
Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee,
Leslie, Letcher, Owsley and Perry.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening.
