In southeast Kentucky, Lee, Magoffin and Wolfe. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A passing wave of low pressure will bring additional light to moderate rain to southern and central parts of eastern Kentucky through Thursday morning. With rain falling on already saturated ground combined with snowmelt, additional flooding is possible. Rain, potentially heavy, will be possible this upcoming weekend.
