The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central, northeast,
and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east
central Kentucky, Elliott, Fleming and Rowan. In northeast Kentucky,
Johnson and Martin. In southeast Kentucky, Floyd, Magoffin, Morgan
and Pike.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
