...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog, some of it dense in patches, are expected early this
morning. Restricted visibilities to one quarter mile or less can
be expected at times. Drivers should exercise caution, and be
aware of the potential for rapidly changing visibilities. Fog will
lift between 9 and 10 AM.
