Arlington, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Jacksonville, Arlington, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune
Beach, Mayport, Craig Field, San Pablo, Little Talbot Island, and
Fort Caroline.
