JOHNS COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT... At 329 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout over Crescent Beach, or 11 miles north of Palm Coast, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 50 mph, excessive cloud-to-ground lightning, and minor flooding due to heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is possible. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is occurring. Locations impacted include... Marineland, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, and Dupont Center. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
