Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 956 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 25 nm east of Vilano Beach, or 25 nm east of Saint Augustine, moving southeast at 10 knots.
