Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM... * Until 515 PM EDT. * At 417 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located near Saint Augustine Beach, or 7 nm east of Saint Augustine, moving southeast at 15 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas.
