Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1130 PM EDT. * At 1025 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 40 nm southeast of Tug Rio Caroni to 43 nm east of Jacksonville Beach, moving east at 20 knots.
