* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in areas of dense fog.

* WHERE...In Florida, Baker, Eastern Hamilton, Northern Columbia,
  Southeastern Columbia, Southwestern Columbia, Suwannee, Union, and
  Western Hamilton Counties. In Georgia, Southern Ware and Western
  Charlton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
