  northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. For
  the second Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds around 20 kt.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Altamaha Sound to Fernandina Beach
  FL out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EST this
  afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 4 PM this afternoon to 8
  AM EST Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM
  to 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
