...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1125 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 49 nm east of Vilano Beach to 42
nm northeast of Ormond-By-the-Sea, moving southeast at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
