  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1002 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated to scattered
showers, capable of producing winds to around 20 to 30 knots. In
additional, the environment, where the showers are located, is
conducive for waterspout development. These showers were centered
about 22 nm northeast of Ormond-By-the-Sea, moving west at 5 to 10
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 20 to 30 knots, locally
higher waves, and possible lightning strikes. Boaters should seek
safe harbor until this storm passes.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. If a waterspout occurs,
move your boat away from it. Waterspouts can develop rapidly and
produce winds and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone
onboard.
