Patchy fog is possible early this morning with partly cloudy skies. Otherwise, a frontal boundary will remain nearly stationary near the GA/FL line through Sunday. Expect another round of showers and thunderstorms today with potential for heavy rainfall at times and frequent lightning. With mostly cloudy skies and light west to southwest winds, the dispersion will remain on the low side again today, peaking around 28-31. The wind forecast is low confidence on Sunday given that the front could be shifting north and south of the burn site at times. The front will sink further south next week as another cold front moves into the area Monday night into Tuesday. Transport winds increase with the multiple frontal passages leading to good and potentially high dispersions for early next week. Drier air moving in behind the front will result in lower chances for storms next week. .TODAY...
