.DISCUSSION...

Mainly dry weather is expected through Friday at the burn site,
with only isolated showers and possibly a thunderstorm during
the afternoon hours, as most activity will concentrate further
inland. Light southerly surface and transport winds will
prevail through at least the mid-morning hours, with the
Atlantic sea breeze progressing westward across the area
towards the noon hour. Surface and transport winds will shift
to east-southeasterly shortly after noon, with breezy
conditions expected through the afternoon and early evening
before winds shift to southerly while gradually weakening.
Surface and transport winds will then shift to southwesterly
during the predawn hours on Friday and westerly towards
sunrise. The development of the sea breeze may be delayed
until the early to mid-afternoon hours on Friday. Fair
daytime dispersion values are expected by the afternoon
hours today and again on Friday.
