...HIGH DAYTIME DISPERSION VALUES THIS AFTERNOON..
...ELEVATED NIGHTTIME DISPERSION VALUES LATE TONIGHT...

.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds will dissipate late this morning as southerly surface
and transport winds become breezy. Surface and transport will
shift to south-southwesterly by late afternoon, with breezy
conditions increasing daytime dispersion values to high levels
during the mid and late afternoon hours today. Low cloud cover
is expected to redevelop during the predawn and early morning
hours on Thursday as surface and transport winds shift back to
a southerly direction overnight, with breezy transport speeds
resulting in elevated nighttime dispersion values developing
during the overnight and predawn hours. Only isolated showers
are possible during the late afternoon and early morning hours
on Thursday as surface and transport winds shift to
southwesterly, allowing daytime dispersion values to rise to good
levels before noon ahead of widespread showers and embedded
thunderstorms that will overspread the burn site during the mid to
late afternoon hours.
