A west to northwest flow will prevail again today with low RH values in the 30-35 percent range with max temps below normal in the mid 50s. Wind speeds will rise up near 8-12 mph range with gusts up to about 16-18 mph. Max dispersion is forecast to be close to 50. Cold again tonight with in the mid to upper 30s with light west and northwest winds. Thursday, wind flow will change to north and then northeast late in the day.
