Dry weather is anticipated at the wildfire site this weekend. Light northeasterly surface and transport winds will develop once fog dissipates early this morning, followed by winds shifting to east-northeasterly while increasing to 10-15 mph later this afternoon. These gradually increasing winds will combine with elevated mixing heights to create good daytime dispersion values this afternoon. Winds will diminish towards midnight tonight. Light north-northeasterly surface and transport winds will develop after sunrise on Sunday, followed by winds shifting to northeasterly during the late morning hours as speeds steadily increase. Breezy northeasterly surface and transport winds on Sunday afternoon will combine with elevated mixing heights to yield marginally high daytime dispersion values on Sunday afternoon. Only isolated afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms are forecast early next week at the wildfire site. .REST OF TODAY...
