.DISCUSSION...

Moist southwesterly flow will result in shower development late
Friday morning in the afternoon with increasing chances for
thunderstorms after 2 PM. Thunderstorms that develop will be
capable of gusty winds and chaotic and elevated waves in addition
to lightning risk. Outside of storm influences, winds will be
from the southwest and heat index will be in the mid/upper 90s.
Waves on the river will be under a foot, again that is outside of
any thunderstorm influence.
