Surface winds today will be light from the southwest or west and there is a high chance of showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening, highest chances from about 3 pm - 7 pm. With showers and storms around, the winds may go variable at 5-10 mph. Dispersions index will be low, forecast to be in the mid 20s range. Some patchy fog is possible early this morning (Lake City was reporting visibility of 5 miles just before 5 AM Friday) and again on Saturday morning.
