Central Marion County in northern Florida... * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 948 PM EDT, emergency management reported reported considerable street flooding in the Ocala area with roads impassable for low clearance vehicles. Most roads in downtown Ocala have been blocked due to flooding. One vehicle was stalled in floodwaters. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
