...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Florida, including the following
  areas, Coastal Duval, Coastal Nassau, Coastal St. Johns, Eastern
  Clay, Inland Nassau, Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval, Trout
  River, Western Clay and Western Duval and southeast Georgia,
  including the following areas, Coastal Camden and Inland Camden.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will exacerbate
    ongoing flood concerns in northeast Florida and portions of
    southeast Georgia through the mid-morning hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Florida, including the following areas, Baker,
  Bradford, Eastern Hamilton, Northern Columbia, Southeastern
  Columbia, Southwestern Columbia, Suwannee, Union and Western
  Hamilton and southeast Georgia, including the following areas,
  Atkinson, Clinch, Echols, Northeastern Charlton, Northern Ware,
  Southern Ware and Western Charlton.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to one inch will be possible
    through sunrise, resulting in the potential for localized
    flooding.
