.SYNOPSIS...

Southwest winds continue out over the local waters with small
craft exercise caution conditions dropping off from the southeast
Georgia waters by 7am. Winds will shift to southerly in the
afternoon with wind speeds reaching near small craft exercise
caution levels after sunset for the southeast Georgia and
northeast Florida waters for the next couple nights. High pressure
will begin to shift south over the weekend as a cold front moves
in from the northwest.
