.SYNOPSIS...

Lingering swells from Hurricane Erin will continue to subside
across area waters through tonight. A surface trough will shift
southward toward the local waters late tonight and then linger
across the local waters through the weekend brining an increase in
shower and thunderstorm activity. A daily sea breeze through the
weekend will result in a shift in the flow each afternoon through
Friday, though southwesterly offshore flow will be more dominant
this weekend.

chop. A chance of showers with a slight chance of thunderstorms.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming southeast in
the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 feet, occasionally to 8 feet. Wave
