.SYNOPSIS...

Tropical Storm Chantal will track slowly north-northwestward before
making landfall along the South Carolina coast later tonight into
Sunday morning. Breezy winds and rough seas across the coastal
waters will diminish slowly tonight as the tropical storm tracks
farther north and away from the local waters. Winds shift to south-
southwesterly as the low over the Carolinas weakens through Tuesday.
High pressure builds back northward across the Florida peninsula
through mid-week.
