  Wednesday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late
  Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected. Rip currents can sweep even
  the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
