.DISCUSSION...Lowest RHs for today will be in the 45 to 50 percent
range with highest wind gusts around 10 mph through the day. It is
possible a southerly seabreeze could result in gusts closer to 15
mph after sunset. Brief fog is possible tonight into Friday
morning with a maximum LVORI of 8 around 5 AM, however, guidance
suggests the potential for dense fog is low.
