Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
246 PM CDT Fri Apr 18 2025

.DISCUSSION...Some patchy ground fog is possible across southern
districts early Saturday morning. Quiet weather will continue
across the area tonight through at least Sunday afternoon. Rain
chances will increase from the west Sunday evening and night, as
a low pressure system moves across the region Sunday night into
Monday. This system could bring an isolated severe storm to areas
mainly along and west of the Mississippi River late Sunday night.
