.DISCUSSION...
Fire danger is not expected with moist fuels and increasingly wet
conditions. Winds will prevail out of the south around 10 to 15
mph, especially west. Stronger winds and gusts are likely Friday
afternoon ahead of storms around 30 mph. Wetting rains are likely
later this week, with severe storms expected, especially Friday
into Saturday. The unstable environment will limit fog
